The room I booked was spotless and came at a great price. They provided ample toiletries which was a nice touch. - the hotel is conveniently located close to a mosque. - Jingye Temple is only a 15-minute drive away from the hotel.

Cheap rooms with sufficient toiletries. Nice decor. Location so close to the night market and many eateries and bakery and cafe.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

Centrally located, within walking distance to a convenience store, bakery, coffee shops, and a night market 🏪. the room was impressively clean, had coffee provided, and even a comfy couch for relaxing.

The Grace Hotel in Muar was a wonderful choice for our stay. The room was spacious and had a comfy, firm bed for a good night's rest. The bathroom had basic amenities and a rain shower. The hotel had superb facilities, including a self-service coffee/tea machine in the hallway. The staff were helpful, and there were nearby restaurants and a self-service laundromat. The hotel provided a map in the lobby to help guests find their way.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with multiple convenience stores nearby. the room had a great view and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. the breakfast was great, with a variety of options to choose from. the leisure facilities provided a lot of fun. it was a very enjoyable stay.
The customer service could have been better. the front desk staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful at times, which detracted from the overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, which had clean rooms and pleasant staff. The hotel facilities were up to our expectations, including the coffee machine in the lobby area. The location of the hotel was convenient - there were many shops nearby, including a 7/11 and several restaurants. We also appreciated the map provided in the lobby to help us navigate the city.
Nothing could have been better.
